Due to the increasingly serious environmental issues and exhausted petroleum resources, the development of EV has been regarded more and more important by people and is classed into the important items by our country.The deficiency of endurance mileage has become the main obstacle which restricts the development of EV because the battery technology has not get rudimentary breakthrough.HEV is becoming more popular owing to their better fuel economy and lower pollutant emissions compared with conventional Internal Combustion Engine(ICE) driven vehicles.The paper has analyzed the characteristic of motor and control technique for HEV and decided to use induction-motor for HEV according to the situation of the project, using the control principle base on vector control of Rotor flux-oriented. The performance analysis of the proposed control strategy is carried out on the basis of the simulation results obtained by Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the preferable dynamic characteristic of the controller compared to controller base on classicalV/F.The design of driving motor control system mainly focuses on the following aspects: Using the modular design for hardware and software of controller according to the design requirements to carry out vector control; Analyzing EMC of the controller and giving some noises control methods which could weaken the intensity of noises effectively and have already been verified by experiments so that the sensitive equipment such as CAN bus could work well;The vibration from frame can greatly influence the controller's functional mode,so the passive vibration isolation programme is designed according to the controller's parameters and a multiple-degree of freedom system is executed to check the parameters and it is approved to be feasible; The test-bench for the motor is setted up for optimizing the controller's parameters before handling the various control logic and fault correctly so that to improve utilization of energy and provide fundamental experience for the endurance test and road test of vehicle.
