Arched-corrugated metal roof, a typical cold-formed light steel structure, is provided with a lot of advantage just as weight light, economical, constructed rapidly and can be used as both supporting and exterior-protected construction. It was applied in many fields since 1992 in China. However, with arched-corrugated metal roof widely used in engineering, due to analytical and calculational method is faultiness and construction quality is not criterion, accidents occur frequently, especially phenomena of structure lose stability is the badly,which greatly restraining development of arched-corrugated metal roof in China. It is urgent to increase utmost bearing ability of arched-corrugated metal roof and improve the stability performance through taking effective reinforcing methods.The paper of Bearing Performance Analysis of Arched corrugate Sheet-Truss Unitized Roof is the first master paper about taking such measure that adding arch trusses and portrait plane trusses under arched-corrugated metal roof to reinforce it in domestic, named this measure arched corrugate sheet-truss unitized roof. The main content of the paper is that setting up finite element modals of arched-corrugated metal roof and arched corrugate sheet-truss unitized roof by large finite element analysis software ANSYS, and compares the bearing capacity and failure modal of two structures.As continuation of Bearing Performance Analysis of Arched corrugate Sheet-Truss Unitized Roof, this paper based on conclusions in pre-paper, extends research to Arched corrugate Sheet-Truss Unitized Roof in theory and application, the details are listed below:1. Systematically reviewing the progress of domestic research on arched-corrugated metal roof and reinforce measure about arched-corrugated metal roof.,2. Analysing and comparing stability and reinforcing measure of monolayer cylindrical net shell and arched-corrugated metal roof, discussing feasibility of arched corrugate sheet-truss unitized roof. In according to MIC240 arched corrugate sheet-truss unitized roof characteristic, predigesting it to orthotropic cylindrical thin shell with sparse stiffening rib mechanics model.3. In according to typical plane-shell theories just as stiffened cylindrical shell disperse stiffness theory and thin shell large flexibility nonlinear stability theory, deducing this model intermal force and flexibility differential equation in large displacement, by practical boundary conditions and load types, getting results of intermal force and flexibility and establishing method to calculate structure utmost bearing ability.4. Designing a program that calculation core is ANSYS and interactive figure is developed by Visual Basic to resolve, appliying this program to calculate influence of arch truss space on arched corrugate sheet-truss unitized roof and getting some conclusions. |
