| Anti-lock braking system(ABS) makes use of electronic control technology on the basis of the traditional braking system, it can prevent wheels locking when the vehicle brakes.ABS has been extensively applied in cars, buses and heavy goods vehicles so far. ABS have been used since the late 1980s and has become a standard assembled part in the middle and high rated cars in developed countries. The combination of simulation and test is being adopted as the method for ABS developing and researching.In this paper, the following several aspects of the work has been completed:1. dynamics models are set up.This paper includes models as follows:tire model, vehicle system model, brake system model,ABS model and road condition model. Matlab/simulink is used to build single-wheel vehicle simulation system with logic gate control method.Better results are achieved.It lays the foundation for the establishment of the vehicle dynamics simulation platform.2. ABS control logic is analyzed. The control logic in this paper consult the logic of BOSCH.Control logic is analyzed on the following work condition: high attachment coefficient road, low attachment coefficient road and the hopping road.3. ABS off-line simulation is conducted with the characteristic of HCU.HCU model is set up. Single auto model is simulated with HCU and the result is good. The whole vehicle simulation model is builded with C language and the experimental results is better.4. ABS hardware in-the-loop simulation test study. ABS hardware in-the-loop simulation is conducted on ABS hardware in-the-loop simulation test bed. Optimized ABS control logic and test parameters to get a better result.In summary, single-wheel vehicle dynamics models are set up and the simulation result is correct. ABS dynamics simulation platform is set up.ABS control logic is studied mainly and it is perfected after the hardware in-the-loop simulation test. |
