Structural Reliability Of The Pre-stressing Single Hole Anchorage

At present, pre-stressed structure has excellence technical and economic index and extensive applicability, and it has already become the tectonic structure that our country has emboldened especially. The high-strength steel products of pre-stressed and firm apparatus of anchorage are the focal point in technology of pre-stressing. The pre-stressed anchorage is the important part of a firm system of a pre-stressing anchor, and its capability influences the security of the pre-stress component directly. So, it is effective to set up the reliability assessment method to the pre-stressed anchorage.The situation of anchor that bear load is comparatively complicated, it is very difficult to calculate reliable index accurately with the theory formula at present. This paper investigates on the single hole anchorage, set up a computing technology to the reliability of a pre-stressing single hole anchorage system. The concrete content is as follows:(1)Fetch stranded wire, insert slice, anchor enclose as partition, make analyzing of bearing load separately. On the condition that considering the insert slice of the anchorage and surface rigidity of the stranded wire, we set up margin of safety equation of a firm system of a pre-stressed anchorage.(2)Using JC method for iterative analysis, getting reliability index of a firm system of a pre-stressing anchorage.(3)Using ANSYS to set up the finite element method model of pre-stressing the pre-stressed single hole anchorage, simulating the situation of the single hole anchorage bearing load, and using Monte Carlo method to calculate the dependability of the anchor through PDS module.The study of this paper show that influences the anchor to have important factor of reliability with slice of the anchorage and surface rigidity of the stranded wire. Should make the anchor and insert one and stranded wire surface hardness standard, so as to ensure the anchorage has anchor complete. Work out anchorage have three destruction mode of structure, set up calculate the single hole anchorage reliability computing technology of anchor system.
