With the rapid development of the economy and the vast use of plastics in our country. Large numbers of waste plastics have to be disposed. Traditional treatment technique such as landfill and burning both generate secondary pollution and make the resource wasted. The reuse of waste plastics is good for the treatment of waste plastics, it also save much producers'goods at the same time, and has notable benefit for economy, environment and society. The reuse of waste plastics both embody the idea of"circular economy"and accord the national policy of"continuable development".This article explored the feasibility of using fixed polyolefine waste plastics as material for improving road-bitumen's performance. It analysed the influence of the road-bitumen performance due to the filling of waste plastics,and through the studied of the performance influence by some condition such as process technics, debelop time and debelop temperature, designed a suit of logical technology, provided a new way for the reuse of waste plastics.The result of examination indicated that for any situation, the filling of plastics could notability improved bitumen's plasticity and high-temperature behavior, reduced the sensibility of temperature and improved low-temperature performance when the filling amount of plastics bellowed a fixing quantity. For the single filling of waste plastics, the proper quantity of waste plastics is about 4%. Plastic-bitumen's complex performance is the best at this quantity. For the SBS and waste plastics mixed filling, when the fill quantity of SBS is 3%, the proper fill quantity of waste plastics is 1.5%.Through the examination, the compound bitumen process technique choose the fusing and lapped finishing. After the colloid mill's fusing and lapped finishing, when the compound bitumen had developed 4h at 175℃, ploymen basicly homogeneous breakup in the bitumen, and the bitumen's complex performance is better.The examination showed that the consistency of waste plastics and bitumen is worse. Advising that choose bitumen which has high level of aroma and wax for similar examination, or filling increase-consistency-agent in the process of preparing polymer-bitumen.
