As an elementary unit applied in Microwave Phased Array Radar Antennas, ferroelectric phase shifter has become a hotspot of scientific research, because of its numerous advantages compared with other phase shifter. A large magnitude of human and material resources have been put into the relative researches in many countries while our country started late in this domain. This project"high-performance compound ferroelectric material"was funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and focus on fabrication of ferroelectric material based on (BaSr)TiO3(BST for short)+MgO and large-scaled ceramic sheet applied in phase shifter.The main research points include:MgO with varied weight ratios has been mixed with appropriate Ba1-xSrxTO3(0
