As an elementary unit applied in Microwave Phased Array Radar Antennas, ferroelectric phase shifter has become a hotspot of scientific research, because of its numerous advantages compared with other phase shifter. A large magnitude of human and material resources have been put into the relative researches in many countries while our country started late in this domain.
