Along with the development of economy and society, energy conservation gets the full support of the people. Electric Power System is not only a energy carrier, but also a energy consumer, the reduction of energy losses in electric Power System gradually put on the agenda. To accurately get the loss of Power System and find a Reasonable approach to reduce loss, we develop a Line Loss Management of Power System. As the graphic interface is one of the world's leading human interface, which can affect the software's ease of use and friendly and visualization. Display the result and analyze the method of reduce loss in this system is related to graphics. So what kind of technology to display graphics is the key of Line Loss Management of Power System.Previous graphic display is downloaded from the dedicated Client ActiveX or Java applet to achieve, or raster graphics generated by the server release, only users of graphics and visual information and do not have the flexibility to access and computer graphics to achieve further analysis. SVG emergence of the Internet has created a new hope.SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is a kind of XML-based, W3C issued by the opening of the two-dimensional graphic description language, based on the texts of the image format, has a strong capability of mutual.
