Under-water explosion is a very complex subject. Although the explosion was a important role in the sea war in the past, the theory research was incomplete. The under-water explosion is important in the military affairs and in the life of people. The most of objects in the war are formed by basic components. For example, plate is the one of the basic components. When these basic components are impacted by explosion wave, they may be produced of plastically deform or local breakage or integer breakage. So the research of the plastically deform or breakage deform of these basic components in the explosion shock field is very important.In this paper, according to the character of shock wave produced by high pressure liquid in under-water explosion field, basing Euler equation the spread of shock wave and the interfacial reciprocity has been simulated. The numerical results show that NND scheme can fairly describe the spread of pressure shock wave in under-water field.According to the results of under-water explosion field, we use the ANSYS/LS-DYNA to model and to compute the dynamic response of the stiffened flat plate in the under-water explosion field. According to the results of the dynamic response of the stiffened flat plate, we know where the stiffened flat plate is invalidated in the under-water explosion field. At last, the results resemble the theory analysis. At last, we discuss the relation of the thickness of stiffened flat plate and the anti-impact ability of stiffened flat plate.
