| The real time identification of coal's quality analysis is very important to power boiler's safety and efficiency. Based the real time monitoring of coal's quality analysis, stoker can adjust the amount of the air entering boiler and the amout of feedwater to improve the boiler's efficiency in time, and avoid the boiler accident. Further more the on-line monitoring of coal's quality analysis can determine the coal's calorific value and boiler efficiency. Almost current rapid coal analysis apparatus are too expensive and complicated to use for power plants, so they can't be utilized broadly. The software calculating of coal's quality analysis could take place of these apparatus and save the plants a lot of cost.As the development of soft measuring technique and sensor hardware, this paper presents a model using the gas parameters to calculate the coal's quality. Base the current method, choose more suitable parameters using the carbon balance method which is used in vehicles'gasoline consumption measuring to simplify the calculation. Use the coal's gross entering the boiler and its corresponding gas emission to evaluate the coal's quality. Choose the NDIR air analysis apparatus and Pitot tube using in the CEMS (continuous emission monitoring system) which are more suitable for plants'environment and more precise. The calculating software is based the CEMS data collection system, adding the coal's quality analysis and boiler efficiency calculating part, and create a database for user to inquire and compare the history data. |
