It has already become a technical problem of how to utilize the waste cement concrete pavement economically, quickly and completely which the highway department must face to and deal with. This article rely on the project of major project construct office in Hefei named《experimental investigation on utilize technology of recycled urban pavement concrete》and lucubrated in technology of utilizing waste cement concrete pavement. We studied and approached the mix ratio and the performances in road-use of recycle cement stabilize macadam foundation aggregate through a series of indoor test. After the field investigation and coring research of waste cement concrete pavement in Hefei city, this article started with the breaking mode of the aggregate and selected the economic feasibility one. Then, by orientation analysis in the physical mechanic property of recycle aggregate, we design the mix ratio of recycle cement stabilize macadam aggregate, and got the maximum dry density through heavy compaction, which used to confirm the optimum mix ratio. During the study of road-use performance exploration of recycle cement stabilize macadam, we lay stress on the study in unconfined compressive strength, frost resistance.,resist compression, modulus of resilience and drying shrinkage performance of the aggregate. According to correlative code and regulations, compared to the normal cement stabilizing material, we can draw a conclusion that the recycle cement stabilize macadam aggregate can be used as highway base material. And the same time, this article supply necessary theory supervises and reference data for site operation.
