In recent years, with the rapid development of the expressway and superhighway of our country, highway tunnel in our country has entered the new period of great development, which promotes higher challenge and requestion to build technology of highway tunnel, especially the long or big section highway tunnel.For this reason, according to Yangzong tunnel and Xiaotuanshan tunnel etc. three lane and big section highway tunnel on Kun-Shi Expressway in Yunnan provice, this paper summarizes surrounding rock's deformation property at first, and comprehensively studies prediction and feedback of surrounding rock's deformation; Secondly this paper summarizes certain property of axial stress of bolt, analyses the mechanism of reinforcement, the writer optimizes the supporting parameter; Again through analysing the mechanical behavior of composite lining, this paper probes the distribution rate of load, proposes the optimizing plan of design. Then through combining the monitoring information of Tongyu tunnel, Loushanguan tunnel, Dongmenguan tunnel etc. two lane highway tunnel, this paper analyses surrounding rock's deformation property and stability, studies the mechanical behavior of composite lining in shallow covered slope soft surrounding rock of Tongyu tunnel and the numerical analysis of construction method in Dongmenguan tunnel. Finally, the writer comprehensively analyses three lane highway tunnel and model two lane highway tunnel, some conclusions and suggestions of the relevant problem are provided.
