Focused on the the design of the main bridge of Ji-nan Huanghe Bridge on Jinhu high-speedrailway (hereinafter referred to as "main Bridge of Ji-nan Huanghe Bridge"), the following threeaspects were studied detailedly in this article.1) On the basis of sufficient study on the constructive condition of the main Bridge of Ji-nanHuanghe Bridge, different types of bridges including prestressed continuous frame bridge, partlycable-stayed bridge, prestressed continuous concrete bridge, variable highth continuous steel trussbridge, constant heighth rigid beam with flexible arch,etc. were compared, the differentcharacteristics of the superstructure and substructure of each type were also analysed, and theconstant heighth rigid beam with flexible arch was finally decided as the best optimized designschame. A comparative study on the decks of longitudinal and transverse beam and ballast slab tothe decks of orthotropic plate and ballast slab was also made in this paper.2) Using the spacial finite element software, this paper made a spacial overall finite elementcomputation on the decks of longitudinal and transverse beam and ballast slab and the decks oforthotropic plate and ballast slab of the main bridge of Ji-nan Huanghe Bridge, analysed the innerforce of the main members under the two deck conditions. On this basis, this article madecomparative study on the slit way of concrete ballast slab on the orthotropic plate, and determinedthe best form of ballast slab slit on the top of the transverse beam. In addition, this paper alsomade a local detailed finite element analysis on orthotropic plate. Spacial static finite elementanalysis results showed that the overall steel deck has been greatly improved stress condition, andthe performances of the main Bridge of Ji-nan Huanghe Bridge can meet the requirements ofhigh-speed railway.3) Based on the calculation results of self vibratin character and dynamic responses of bridge-trainsystem of the main Bridge of Ji-nan Huanghe Bridge, the dynamic permances of bridge and trainrunning ability were analysed and judged from the following three aspects: (1) self vibratincharacteristics of bridge. (2)dynamic reponses of bridge when train running on bridge,mainlyinculuding compact factor, transverse and vertical dynamic displacrment, transverse and verticaldynamic acceleration of bridge, transverse displacement of pier'top, transverse acceleration ofpier'top, etc. (3)dynamic reponses of train when train running on bridge,mainly inculudingderailment coefficient, wheel deload factor, lateral force, transverse and vertical dynamicacceleration of car body, transverse and vertical ridding comfort, etc. Analysis results showed thatthe stiffness of the main Bridge of Ji-nan Huanghe Bridg can meet the every requirements ofhigh-speed railway, this bridge has well dynamic characteristics and train running performances.The research work of this paper provides approach foundation for similar high-speed railwaybridge in and out countries.
