The edge stress of pressure vessel is hot problem, which is widely researched. It have a great influence on the strength of pressure vessel. In particularly, the shell manufactured by brittle materials,beard fatigue and hypothermia and so on. So it is sensitive to high edge stress and possible to fatigue and brittle failure. So it should restrict edge stress according to relevant provisions. The research of edge stress now is used force method. Solving the stress by the help of torque, although the method is a clear idea, however, when it comes to specific issues, it is really complex. So there isn't a lot useful answer in engineering. Especially dished head,there exist two edge in shell and ring, ring and spheres. The issue become to complex now. There is no analytical solution for this issue. This paper use computer aided analysis software ANSYS solving the edge stress. This method is easy and visual. We can get the stress we want.In this paper, main topic has achieved the following results:Firstly, we precede a numerical simulation of static stress on the edge stress by ANSYS and get all kinds of stress nephogram(for example spherical head pressure vessel).Secondly, classifying the stress get by ANSYS. The paper used the equivalent linearization method category the gross membrane stress and local membrane stress,bending stress,peak stress we want. With the help of ASME and JB4732-95, we can calculate and evaluate the stress strength.Thirdly, we can measure the edge stress by experimental equipment. Testing the static strain of pressure vessel by pressure, we can got the stress by the strain. So we get the conclusion by comparison of the FEM,theory and experiment. |
