| At present, the railway transport has become the main transportation form in Chinese passengers - cargo transport, which has played the important role in national economy, social development and improving the quality of life. The rolling stock is the tool of carrying passengers and freight in the railroad transportation directly and is a significant railroad's annulus. Along with the rapid development of the national economy and the science and technology, trains are required high speed and light weight. Meanwhile, a request is made to the higher stability and security of passenger car. Therefore a higher request is put forward to vehicle performance, especially vehicle dynamic performance. The only static strength and the stiffness check to the car-body carried out in the past could not satisfy the request of the vibration characteristics obviously while vehicles are running. By several decades of development, modal analysis has gradually matured and has become a powerful tool of structural dynamic characteristics analysis. One of the main contents in the paper is to carry out the finite element modal analysis to the vehicle's important part - car-body by use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. In the paper the concrete computation analysis is made individually to the car-body steel structure, the car body fitting out all kinds of parts, the car body with simulated passengers and the car body with simulated air conditioner. This paper also uses three different methods to simulate the passengers and the air conditioner separately and makes the comparative analysis.Railway is high speed and light weight, which not only causes the vibration problem, but also makes the noise problem become very prominent. Now with the living standard improving, the people pay greater attention to the passenger car comfortableness. Reducing the vehicle internal noise and improving passenger car environment have become the very urgent matter. So it is necessary to know about the acoustic characteristics of the vehicle space to achieve the aim to controlling vehicle internal noise. Through the modal analysis to car-body structure, natural characteristics on car body and one with furnishing various parts have been known about. And the natural frequency and natural mode shape of first several orders have been listed out. The car-body steel structure meets the requirement on structure dynamic design basically. Through the modal analysis to car body with simulated passengers and air conditioner, it proves that passengers have the vital effect on car-body natural frequency and the large-scale associate part like air conditioner affects it to some extent too. Through the acoustic modal analysis to vehicle internal space, its acoustic mode has been known about and first several order acoustic mode has been listed out. And the natural frequency and the corresponding mode shape can be obtained by means of harmonic response analysis which are available for the design on damping and noise reduction of railway passenger car. |
