| This article are based on predecessors' works, the traditional seal charts aresummarized, and the mathematics equations of some main limit curves which are relatedto the choosing of modified gear's modification coefficient in the classics seal charts areconcluded. First changing all the equations of limit curves into solving the pressure angleof two gears, then solving the final feasible modification coefficient according to somecorrelative conditions, that is the method determined for fitting the computer unificationprogramming; under the general orientation this article specially discusses the advantagesand disadvantages for the value algorithm of transcendental equations which is mature atpresent, and obtains solving schemes for concrete issues by comparison, so as to adoptalgorithm for transcendental equations of different limit curves. The curve spots' creatingis realized by programming with VC++. Successfully realizing the limit curves' creatingwhich is involved on the screen by programming with MFC, as long as the designer inputsome related parameters according to the design requests, the seal charts which arechosen by some needed modification coefficient will be quickly created on the computerscreen, while the needed detailed size parameters which fit the modified gear can beobtained by clicking the left key of mouse after choosing the modification coefficientaccording to the design requests, that enormously enhances the efficiency and theaccuracy of the modification coefficient's choosing in the design of modified gear andmakes the modified gear's design become simply and quickly. This article alsocomprehensively analyzes and studies the method of using the seal charts according tosome different design requests, and points out the emphasis and goal of further researchaccording to the shortcoming and insufficient in this study, then emphasizes that theelectronic seal chart has inherited the merits of traditional hand-painted seal chart andcomputer graphics, that provides a good development platform for further optimizeddesign. |
