Application status and development direction about domestic and foreign sucker pump were analyzed by investigating oil production technology of sucker pump this article. Sucker pump with automatic compensate gap its plunger as nonmetal elasticity material was developed in order that friction between plunger and pump barrel was reduced, gap leakage between plunger and pump barrel was decreased, the cost of sucker pump and the expense of pump inspection and operation were reduced by aming at inelasticity was presented while routine sucker pump was applied. Structure and operational principle of sucker pump with automatic compensate gap were elaborated in this article. Statics model of elasticity plunger was based of theory of nonlinearity finite element, Structure of elasticity plunger was optimized and designed by adopting ANSYS finite element analysis software. Overall performance of elasticity plunger material of sucker pump plunger was tested and rubbing wear performance of elasticity material was researched in the lab. Operating characteristic of sucker pump with automatic compensate gap was analyzed and friction, leakage between plunger and pump barrel of sucker pump with automatic compensate gap was tested and researched in the lab.Simulation examination indicated that principle of sucker pump with automatic compensate gap as new save energy sucker pump was feasible. Elasticity plunger of sucker pump plunger produced radial distortion by acting lifted liquid pressure upstroke and the gap between plunger and pump barrel was reduced, the least gap is equal to one-stage or three-stage gap pump. Elasticity plunger resume original dimension, the gap between plunger and pump barrel was increased downstroke.Leakage of sucker pump with automatic compensate gap was decreased and pump efficiency was increased upstroke, friction between plunger and pump barrel was reduced downstroke.Elasticity plunger of sucker pump with automatic compensate gap was developed this article was swelled by pressure difference inside and outside plunger upstroke, the least gap between plunger and pump barrel was achieved and pump efficiency was very high. Elasticity plunger was made of advanced elasticity material of macromolecule alloy, plunger was not easy to block, friction coefficient was very small, wear resistance performance was very nice. New elasticity plunger was replaced while pump inspection was done, the cost of sucker pump was decreased and the expense of pump inspection and operation were reduced. It is innovative for theory research and technology.These innovation was not researched and attempted for predecessor, this is notable characteristic of this article.
