With more so when increased terrorism and local conflicts add a further dimension, as well as the development of cities and increase of tall buildings, it is increasingly necessary and in fact required therefore to carry out extensive research in this field to protect construction to bear the infection of blast load and save more people's lives.Chinese structure load code doesn't take function of special load such as explode into account, and correlative code doesn't table pertinent construct demand for structure to resist explosive. So structural security will reduce largely and arouse more property and live loss possibly when it falls across similar special action.First of all this paper describes fundamental of explosion wave and function characteristic of ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and then analyzes dynamic affection of a three floors' concrete structure under the explosive load with software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, analyzes and compares structural displacement, correlative stress by changing quantity of detonator, ratio of reinforcement, section area and so on, deduces idiographic affection of structure caused by detonator explode under many different preconditions, and gives the primary theory foundation of blast resisted as reference of future. At last, simulates a dynamical response of experiment beam under blast load with software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, then analyzes and compares with the results of experiment, which validates rationality of modeling and account method.In the last chapter, the summary for the thesis is made and some basic conclusions are given. The prospects of the research are also presented.
