In recent years, more and more high-rising buildings have developed homeandabroad. It is necessary to carry on abnormal design, that is to disposal transferfloorstructure where vertical structure changes. Upside smaller room and downsidelargerroom to stagger axes of high-rising buildings. Or upside shear-wall anddownside frameto meet difference of structure systems. Thus, high-rising building'sfunction can be implement completely.Jinan Nanjiao high building is a concrete structure with transfer thick slab. Thefirst and second floor is reinforced concrete frame-wall structures, and the third totwenty-two floor is wall structures.Transfer floor is a two-meters thick slab. Modalanalysis, spectrum analysis and structural static nonlinear analysis were applied to theprototype structure using a well-established finite element software ANSYS. Anequivalent single-freedom system for the building was built fot the purpose ofstructural static nonlinear analysis by using the improveed capacity-spectrum method.Probing the influence of thicknessmass, and stiffness of the transfer floorslab onthe aseismic performance of the global structure, and the regularities of deformationand stress...
