There are differences between auto products and common industrialproducts. At the time of new products exploration and alteration, enterprisesneed a great deal of labor forces, material resources and financial resources.In the meantime, they need more exports by the limit of technics.In order to realize the nationalized production of exhausting filter,based on formal size of the right pipe, and the key designing parameter ofother parts, this paper has made this model for the filter which can benationalized under the way of punch and welding.Based on the theory of metal plate punch, this paper has analyzed theeffect of large geometry deformation, strain characteristic and elasticcharacteristic towards the plastic dynamic characteristic, offered theoreticbasement for the following product producing. The production has provedthe feasibility of this construction design.This paper has taken the protection of the filter as an example, usingthe software ANSYS/LS-DYNA built a PROTECTION-ROAD crashsystem; made a crash dynamic simulation; calculated the protection'svertical displacement after crash; obtained the protection's placement of thecurve during the crash; discussed the effect of different velocity toward theprotection.
