In this thesis, the fundamental theory related to internal exposure is specifically introduced, the applied method of LUDEP program is in detail stated, in which we calculate distribution of the equivalent dose and the weight equivalent dose on body organ and respiratory tract from primordial radionuclides, the dose not be include from one or more radioactive decay progeny. We calculate effective committed dose equivalent to chinese adult man from primordial radionuclides under the case merged the decay products with their parent.The researched results show effective committed equivalent year dose distributes in lunges and extrathoracic regions are the order of 10-6Sv, in kidneys and bone surface and marrow are the order of 10-7Sv, while the dose for other organs is lower of 10-8Sv. It is note that the dose can approach to 1.38×10-4Sv based on LUDEP program when adult man chronic inhalants 50 years. We find that through comparison of the effective committed equivalent year dose form different radionuclides, the contribution of 210Pb is most important as 9.085×10-5Sv, while the one from 87Rb is negligible. We compared the results from LUDEP program method with those given by ICRP-71, and find that the comparable results are identical.Organization of the thesis is as follows:In sectionⅠ, the interesting and object studied on internal dose from primordial radionuclides to chinese adult man are introduced. We state specially the fundamental theory of internal exposure in sectionⅡ. Which included in the description of human respiratory tract model, human gastrointestinal model and in which the dosimetric model is stated and several problems are briefly discussed. In sectionⅢ, We stated the functions and applications of LUDEP, which involve of establishment, save and restore parameter files, setting of respiratory parameter, deposition calculation of radioactive aerosol particles, selection and setting of fraction cleared, acquirement of radionuclide data and merged the decay products with their parent, doses of body organ and respiratory tract, calculation of decay chain dose and retention/exertion, estimation of intake. In sectionⅣ, we researched internal dose coefficient from radio nuclides based on LUDEE we investigate deposition calculation to used different deposition parameters from radioactive aerosol particles on organs of respiratory tract. We calculate the specific energy of 11 radionuclides, and equivalent dose, equivalent doserate, weight equivalent dose, weight equivalent doserate on the important organs of body and respiratory tract. In sectionⅤ, we studied committed effective inhalation dose equivalent from primordial radionuclides to Chinese adult man. We compared the results from LUDEP program method with those given by ICRP-71, and find that the comparable results are identical, reflecting the influence of biokinetic features of Chinese on the results. Finally, we conclude in sectionⅥ.
