| The reactor is one of the most important auxiliary equipments in long-distance power transmission system. When the reactor is working, it is of great significance for its normal operation and fault prevention to monitor its temperature in real time. As the reactor is a equipment of high voltage alternating magnetic field, for the sake of safety, people can't close to it when it is operating. Thus the measurement of the temperature is inconvenient. In this dissertation, a wireless transceiver to monitor the reactor temperature is designed based on MSP430. The device is composed of two parts, Temperature Data Acquisition System (wireless terminal slave computer) and Temperature Date Receiving System (host computer). The host computer and the slave computer work as the one-to-many form, the two systems communicate via wireless data channel. Each of them works with the MCU MSP430 as the control unit and PTR2000 as the temperature data transceiver unit.Based on the information on the types of reactor temperature measurement means and contact temperature sensor principle, and according to the subject of design tasks, the following work is completed, selecting the specific temperature sensor, CPU, and wireless RF transceiver, and designing the main circuits below: the power circuit of high-voltage side, the bridge temperature detecting circuit, signal regulation circuit, LCD display circuit, the wireless data transmission circuit and the communication interface circuit, etc. developing wireless transmission of data communication protocol, writing the program of the device, testing and debugging every parts of the device circuit, and the communicate part was debugged by the serial debugging tool. |
