The Development Of General Programmer Applied To Direct Current Motor Controller

Electric forklift truck is a very important means in materials transport fields. The direct current motor controllers and programmers are its core equipments. At present, the majority of the controllers and programmers applied to electric forklift trunks depends or import, and technical understanding on them and localization have a practical signification.This subject came from cooperation project-"The development of the direct current motor controllers and programmers" by Soochow University and Chinese Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation(Wuxi). As its sub-subject, this paper developed general programmer applied to direct current motor controllers (SDF-1) . Freescale's MC68HC908LJ12 was host controller chip in the programmer. In the design process, generality, in-circuit-upgrading, reliability of the programmer were focused on extraordinary. After nearly eight months of design and production of hardware, software programming and testing, the programmer has been transferred to Chinese Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation(Wuxi) in September 2006.This paper introduced background and fundamental technologies of the subject, and described hardware and software design process of general programmer. The "generality" design and the realization of "in-circuit-upgrading" were explained especially, also "in-circuit-upgrading" was discussed absolutely. The paper also concludes with anti-interference design, testing problem and some experience.
