| The technology of CFD grid pre-processor can improve largely the efficiency of grid generating, accordingly it can reduce the cycle of computational field simulation about areo-engine. The paper analyze the experience about grid partition based on multi-grid technology, and develop grid pre-processor software which can achieve the function of turbine modeling and grid pre-processor. The core of software is the system of turbine's character description which is developed independently by object oriented programming.Based on analyzing UG model and its topology, the paper research the modeling process of turbine and develop geometric modeling system which can achieve parametric modeling of turbine based on UG.The paper address two methods of grid partition and three methods of trail processing after studying the present theories and methods of CFD grid partition about turbine dypass, which reduce the cycle of computational field simulation about areo-engine, and to ensure turbine's CAD data can be transferred to the data required by grid generator, and to establish the base which achieve the goal of turbine dypass grid generating automatically.Based on the study of geometric modeling about turbine, the software system of turbine geometric description are developed to integrate character, topology and design information of turbine together, which can save and manage the data of turbine. So the system can repeat the process of turbine design and give the data support for modification of turbine later. |
