Along with the development of gasoline engine electronic control technology, the safety defences of the electronic control system itself and electromagnetic interference attacks have been an important problem to the research of automotive electronics. Studies on the gasoline engine control system are significant, especially the research on the performances of sensor to electromagnetic interference.The speed sensor in gasoline engine control system is mainly discussed in the thesis, then the mechanism of electromagnetic interference to magnetoelectricity and Hall speed sensors have been studied. After the electromagnetic interference environment of HIRTH3203E gasoline engine has been tested and analyzed, a conclusion that there are few influences to speed sensors'primitive signal capturing in low frequency has been drawn.A kind of high frequency electromagnetic wave simulation software has been used to model the relationship between the positions of speed sensor and shield effect. Based on the model, the shield effect influenced by various positions of speed sensor has been studied.The main structure of a 1 Tesla magnetic field generator has been designed, and a CAD to the generator on its structures and parameters has been done with the software Ansoft Maxwell. The micro controller with M68HC908MR16 chip has been developed to realize the digital control of generator.Based on the digital magnetic field generator, an electromagnetic interference experiment system for gasoline engine speed sensor has been developed to study the performances of Hall speed sensor in the invariable magnetic field. The experiments verify that the analysis of Hall speed sensor in the thesis is reasonable.
