| Since the advantage of light-weight,high capacitance,long life and zero pollution , lithium ion battery widespread use in the world.But the key equipment of the production equipment of lithium ion battery-- involution equipment for the core of lithium ion battery, handwork and semi-auto equipment still as the principal thing in the china. The performance figures such as compactness and service life are so low and difficult to meet the needs of the production and living.Based on the extansive investigation and research,this thesis analyzed and studied the current involution equipment for lithium ion battery.Adapting to the market need the market demand,the new and high efficency the involution equipment for core of lithium ion battery was designed in this paper.In this paper,we subdivision the process flow of the involution equipment for core of lithium ion battery, the global function was devided into some parallel functional module such as unreeling of the separator,feeding of electrode,involution and transposition of the core,pasting of coated fabric,auto cutting of separator and coated fabric.Based on this, correlative mathematical model was analysesed and the structure was designed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the main control objects of the involution equipment for lithium ion battery, the thesis analyze and compared the different control models.Establishes the correlative mathematical model of disturbance identification for the indirect control models, afford the basis of disturbance variable compensation to the actual control. Finally, we built the structure and kinematic simulation on critical component of theinvolution equipment. |
