Recent years, studing and designing supersonic scramjet engine had been the key technology in the world. Supersonic ramject engine is composed of scramjet engine inlet, combustion chamber and nozzle.The supersonic combustion chamber inlet is a 2D convergent-divergent nozzle. The fuel is kerosene. Atomizated quickly and mixed effiently are the demand for the scramjet engine.So high demand is brought forward. The flow at the inlet of the supersonic combustion chamber is supersonic. The inlet is a two dimensional convergent and diffused nozzle and use gas and kerosene as fuel.In this paper, based on our experiment conditions, for the development of the experiment, we use the gas whose molecular weight is bigger than air. Then we can get high mach number by small speed. I designed the cycling experiment system. We investegated on the design of the nozzle and theoretically analyzed the interior pressure and temperature along the axis, achieved the relation-ship of those parameters.A physical model was founded based on the real experiment scece. Then the process of the interior flow was simulated by FLUENT6.2 software. (Contarst the results of theoretical analyzing with the simulation result, we found that the numerical simulation method on the supersonic internal flow was suitable.
