Monitor technology plays a more important role in stablity of power system and load-forecast. With the continual development of power system, the SCADA system has cannot meet the needs of the stable monitor of power network. while a kind of new technology wide area measure system that based on PMU offers a new effective technology measure for stable monitor of power network. Wide area measure system is one of three forward task of power system. But because of high-priced of PMU, it is difficult to place PMU in the system's all buses. A large number of research show that the system phasor can achieve the goal of overall-observed, provided install PMU in some bus of system, place PMU in system has gradually been the trend of development. In view of this, the thesis put forwards dynamic programming algorithmic of placement of optimal PMU. Through the study of PMU well-based mathematics pattern, the thesis points out defects of present algorithmic, and chooses dynamic programming as the method of PMU well-placed. Through the study of suppositional measure and PMU measure's characteristics, it lays down the regulation of placement of optimal PMU. Through the study of observation degree analysis method, it makes use of topology analysis as the means of observation degree analysis and laws down specific method of topology analysis. The thesis makes a detail study of placement of optimal PMU through two stages which is basic placement and follow-up placement. Through expounding dynamic programming to the full, setting up stages ingeniously, then it constructs the bridge between PMU optimal-placed and dynamic programming algorithmic. PMU optimal-placed algorithmic in the basic stage of placement make the least system-placement to realize overall-considerable as target function, through the computing of three stages of pre-placement, dynamic programming placement and diversity placement and related regulations, which simplifies computing pattern, improves computing efficiency, and ensure the precision of computing. During the process of stage of follow-up placement's optimal-based, the text firstly points out the defects of choosing redundancy degree as target function according to the above analysis, then it decides to make reliability as the method of appraising system's placement of PMU. Then in view of specific problems of PMU-placement, the text raises creatively decomposed method which has practical value to the reliability of computing system-overall's observation degree, and devises this algorithmic programmed., thereby which reduces the difficulty of the reliability of computing overall observation degree. Lastly, in view of optimal-based question and system reliability so as to law down dynamic programming algorithmic of optimal-based PMU of follow-up placement, through achieving the goal of making system-placement least as target function.
