Because of the lowly supporting capacity, the soft soil ground often cannot satisfy the building's basic request. Maybe we often met groundsill stabilization and project questions when constructed the highway in the soft soil ground. For example: 1) soft base and embankment stable questions, 2)soft base subsidence questions, 3)soft base processing method and construction process control questions. These three questions are all worth studying thoroughly and mutually influence each other.When we constructed the highway on the soft soil ground, strived for the shortest time was good for the highway time which limit for a project. In order to guarantee the groundsill stabilization and avoid the ground loses steady in construction period, we must considered and controlled the earth filled speed in executive project. At present we had two mainly methods to control the earth filled speed which one is the experience and the other is the locale inspect. But each of them has the disadvantageous. So seek one kind that able to reflect the relations between the earth filled speed and the ground distorted obviously has the project value.In this article the author expounded the theory of concretion and simulated the actual project that uses the finite element software ADINA. Analysis the relations that between the filled earth thickness and the ground distortion speed. Got the formulas that can use to control the earth filled speed through the ground distorted. It is good for the highways' instruction and construction, also has the great significance to the investment and the management.
