For effectually controlling unitary stabilization and settlement of soft-soil ground, dynamic control for settlement distortion should be done in process of construction to reach the purpose of validating and optimizing design, shortening time, reducing cost and improving quality for project. So it become one of the key technique on dynamic control for settlement distortion that how to back-analyze parameters of ground in time base on field test data. The major part of our country's highway is constructed in area of the developed coastal province, the Yangtze River delta and the Zhujiang delta, where is usually includes the deep soft soil.So the delayed settlement can't be ingored. Moreover, in order to speed up soil consodiation and reduce the cycle of construction, it is usually uses superload precompression in the highway construction. After finished the precompression needs to unload to the design elevation and lays the road surface. Such loading and unloading precess, the soil distortion is difference from the usual load. How to consider the creep of soil and loading and unloading precess, which is an urgent problem in the project. From analying the change of effective stress in the process of loading to loading and unloading, it is founded that the evanescing process of pore water pressure proposed in the paper shows a better agreement to fact. It analyses why the soil appears resillience, as well as appears resillience in what kind of degree. The paper, in the foundation of the conventional settlement prediction, consider the creep of soil and loading and unloading precess.Through comparing field data with the calculated results by the program designed by optimization algorithm, the result shows that the method is correct and reliable. In the end, through comparing the results of PLAXIS FEM further testified the superiority of the method presented in the paper.
