In addition to high strength, light quantity, good shape, fast tiredness and fast strike,the square concrete-filled steel tubular structures have a lot of advantages,such as simplenode form,flexible construct layout,big section inertial rules,good stability, convenientconstruction and easy fireproofing measure and so on, at present they have been used inmany high-buildings. But study on the square concrete-filled steel tubular columns stillexists many problems, such as non-uniform experiment results, inaccuracy finite elementmodel,and so on.This paper uses finite element numerical methods to study mechanical properties ofsquare Concrete-filled Steel Tube column. Presents a finite element method (FEM) modelfor the analysis based on the program of ANSYS. The model concludes interface betweenthe two components of column. Via the numerical analysis shown that:The analysis ofANSYS FEM is believable; Via analyses shown effective stress-strain curve of concreteand steel under axial loading.Establish Fiber-element of Square Concrete-Filled Steel Tube Column, use nonlinearprogram Drain 2DX of Berkely high school to analysis the hysteresis rules of squareconcrete-filled steel tubule.First,Fiber-based column element (fiber element) developedand implemented in Drain 2DX.Next,From the fiber-element research obtain moment-curvature interaction curves,so we can know the capacity of square concrete-filled steeltubule.
