In recent years, along with the industry, the transportation and the urban construction rapid development, the demolition resilience sharp growth, urgent needed to develop one kind of broken efficiency high, the construction is safe, does not have the environmental pollution the broken method, the static cracking in this kind of situation to arise at the historic moment. The static cracking agent (SCA) is a new kind of cracking material using expansive pressure to cut or crack concrete, rock and other precious brittle solid materials. SCA has many advantages in application process, which includes no blasting wave, no quake, no flying stone, no noises and no poisonous gas ect.This article first quite comprehensively narrated and analyzes the current domestic and foreign static cracking to burst the medicinal preparation research situation and the development tendency. Next burst to the static cracking the medicinal preparation mechanism and inflation performance has carried on the theoretical analysis, simultaneously burst the medicinal preparation expansion pressure to the static cracking to carry on the test and the analysis, and to its proportion, unit volume weight has carried on the quite accurate determination.Then utilized X beam member diffraction meter to burst the medicinal preparation after the static state to join the different proportion the water(20%~35%)its molecular reaction speed to carry on the microscopic test, determined the static state to burst the medicinal preparation in the different reaction stage CaO and Ca(OH)2 proportions, moreover after 30 hours, the static state burst in the medicinal preparation also to have part of CaO to Ca(OH)2 transformation, this explained from the microscopic molecular angle the static state burst the medicinal preparation after to respond several dozens hours also could continue the reason which inflated. The predecessor bursts the medicinal preparation research to the static state only to pause in the macroscopic angle, this article applied X beam diffraction meter to burst the medicinal preparation response to the static state to carry on the microscopic observation, will continue to later to study has the certain reference value. Finally, applies RFPA (Realistic Failure Process Analysis) software the different distance of the artillery hole of two artillery holes model to carry on the numerical experimentation to the concrete broken process in, may obtain form the experiment: carries on broken front with the PFRA software system to the broken body the value computation, may find reasonably distance of the artillery hole, be helpful to the optimized cloth hole, thus the enhancement construction efficiency the goal.
