With market economy developing rapidly, waterage market flourishes in our country. The amount of ship, as well as ship tonnage and power of diesel engine are increasing quickly in interior rivers. The ships transport is becoming a significant force of international trade in our country. At the same time, water pollution, especially oil pollutant, caused by shipping appears more and more severe, which becomes a notable topic.The daily oil pollution of inland river ships mainly comes from ship bilge oil sewage. At present the processing technology of bilge oil sewage primary depends on oil-water separator installment. However, oil-water separator installment frequently are jammed owing to technical reasons and bilge oil sewage complex ingredient, it is very inconvenience to use and operate them for shipman. Additionally with management disadvantageous supervise and control, the volume unsettled bilge oil sewage drain into water areas, it pollutes water areas. It is difficult to remove emulsified oil and dissolve oil from ship bilge oil sewage ,they can steady exist in water owing to their specific existence condition and physicochemical property. So currently available some mechanical and physical measure cannot tackle it. Whereas flocculation technology is a sort of both economy and simple water treatment technology that be used to increase water treatment efficiency at home and abroad. The key problem is to develop high efficiency and practical flocculant as well as related product. The simple inorganic flocculant no longer is able to satisfy water treatment necessity. When polymeric flocculant including from monotype to compound type appearance , it advance water treatment efficiency.In order to develop special and compound type flocculant with better flocculation effect applying to ship bilge oil sewage, firstly some routine flocculants are selected that they can efficiency wipe off oil through referring home and abroad correlation index information, they include11 inorganic flocculent and 7 organic flocculent considering ship bilge oil sewage characteristic. 18 flocculants are experimented by visual way then 8 better flocculents are selected. 8 flocculant are experimented by standard way then 5 flocculant are selected. They are aluminum sulfate, polyaluminium chloride, polyaluminium chloride iron, cationic polycrylamide, poly-dimethyl ammonium chloride. It gain 20 composition and experiment utilizing composition evenness design. At last a suite composition is ascertained that the scale combination is good. The every factor experiment is done on front experiment foundation in order to detect the relationship between experiment result and monofactorial parametric variation. Finally the optimum flocculation composition is ascertained utilizing perpendicular experiment Some single factors are considerd ,they are flocculant dosage,pH,amount of agitation,mixing time,sedimentation time,reaction temperature. On the confirmation experiment the ship deoil sewage can achieve country standard through applying the optimum flocculation composition to the different type ship bilge oil sewage. In conclusion, the deoil efficiency of this composition is good and it is economical.
