| Traditional cement-sodium-silicate two-shot grouting materials was widely applied to filling, soil stabilization, strengthening and mitigation of water ingress to underground facilities due to its characteristics of rapid and adjustable gel-time and good working performance etc. But its strength and component leach seriously owing to the poor stability and anti-aqueous solubility under the humid environment. Besides, it is easily dissolved by the water erosion. In view of above questions and Wuhan Yangtze River tunneling, this paper has excogitated a new industrial residue two-shot grouting materials(IRTSGM). Compared with other current cement-sodium silicate two-shot grouting materials IRTSGM possesses better performance, economical and environmental benefits when it will be used for grouting.The ideal structure model and the design method of two-shot grouting material which has anti-aqueous dispersions and anti-aqueous solubility performance were put forward based on the character of cement-sodium-silicate two-shot grouting materials and alkali-activated cementations materials. This paper produce liquid A with quantitative water and raw material which contained C3S, C2S, Si, Al, then put base catalyst (liquid B) in it. In the hydrated process, first the C3S, C2S hydration produce the CSH gel, provide the early strength, cause the pellet of active salic substances to agglomerate in the raw material, then the Si-O, Al-O keys were dissolved and restructured under the alkalinous condition, which combine with Na+, Ca2+, formed a compact network configuration. The stone body structure to form and enhance gradually due to the hydrated products unceasingly interweave with the company. The analysis of SEM, XRD etc. indicated that the hydrated products mainly is composed of CSH gel and (Na, Ca)-Si-Al-H zeolite gel.The physical mechanics performance and durability of IRTSGM were comprehensive researched in this paper. The result indicated that the serous fluid has good stability, fluidity and pourability; the gel time can be adjusted in several seconds to several dozens minutes; the compressive strength of stone body can surpasse 20MPa under the condition of standard curing for 28days, and it continues to grow with the increasing of curing thne. Criteria such as dissolved quantity of Na+, pH, TDS, EC, ratios of strength variation and mass loss of hardened paste were used to evaluate the anti-aqueous solubility of IRTSGM. The impermeability and crack resistance were studied by means of permeability testing machine and modified ellipse ring shrinkage cracking test. The results show that the anti-aqueous solubility and impermeability of IRTSGM surpasse cement-sodium-silicate two-shot grouting materials, but they are identical in crack resistance.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the composition, structure and performance of IRTSGM, its essential grouting techniques in project application were studied, and obtained with successful applications in the Wuhan Yangtze River tunnel. Summary, it can be known that IRTSGM is a new type of "green" and "environmentfriendly" material due to its energy-saving, waste material reusing and low pollution emission. Besides, it has the broad application prospect in constructional engineering such as rock & soil engineering, tunnel engineering, foundation engineering and ponding engineering. |
