| Recently, owing to the severe contamination of the environment, exhausted petroleum resource as well as the increasingly shortage of world power, the pursuit of new power source of vehicle has beer highlighted in the global scope of automotive research and development. The biggest advantages of FC (fuel cell) are its high efficiency, low energy consumption together with low pollution and emission. FC-powered electrical vehicle is characteristic of its comfort, cleanness, low-noise, non-mechanical vibration, little contamination, full utilization and so on. To perform the research of PEMFC(p::oton exchanging membrane fuel cell) and PEMFCE(proton exchanging membrane fuel cell engine) is of great practical significance and broad prospect. This paper illustrates the structure of fuel cell engine system as well as the simulation model design of heat management system. The main research content is as follows:The dissertation is to analyze the physical structure and the operating principle of fuel cell; introduce its working conditions and characteristics; establish the structure of fuel cell engine system; and explain its working process and the capabilities of every part in the whole system.Analyzing the water and heat management system of fuel cell. According to analyzing the working process and characteristics of the hydrothermal management system, the essay emphasizes the efficient management of fuel cell engine and its importance to the whole system. The essay is finally trying to design the structural scheme for the heat management system of the fuel cell engine, basing on the calculation analysis of it.The article sets a simulation model of FC engine in terms of theory, meanwhile, it realizes a stable operation of the whole vehicle through the internal heat control of FC. According to the analysis and calculation on the electrochemistry and thermodynamic attribute of PEMFC's electrochemistry reaction, a dynamic mathematical model is established in respect to PEMFC's thermodynamic system. Furthermore, another simulation model on FC's thermal balance is established on Matlab/Simulink. In combination with the research work of FC engine, the article puts up with a set of simulation modeling method in respect to FC's thermal balance.Finally, the article attaches the FC heat management model to FC itself, which provides a ideal humidity, flux and pressure to the simulation model of the FC engine. In addition, by absorbing the power in method of load adding similar to a vehicle-use system, a stable working condition is fulfilled during the simulation procedure of the whole system. Through the analysis of the simulation's result, reference data can be accumulated on behalf of the research of future FC heat management system. |
