In recent years, the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) has a good developing as a kind of high performance nonmetal Reinforced material in the compound material realm. Because of the high expenses of the material and creation, the carbon fiber mainly used for the high-tech realms at the beginning, such as the soldier work and aerospace...etc. Along with the improvement of the manufacture craft and the industrialization of the production, the carbon fiber changes direction to the public realm gradually, getting a particular development in the application of the civil engineering in recent years. The basic material of reinforced fiber is the continuous fiber with high strength or high elastic module, which array the bundle at single direction, and soakage to form the Fiber Reinforced Plastics. Because the CFRP share the load with the reinforcing steel bar, which' stress is reduced, the constructions get rehabilitated and strengthened. At first, this paper summarizes the domestic and international research condition and results of reinforced concrete beam on steel bar corrosion problem, analyzes the reinforcing technical developing process and applied condition of CFRP, then based on the steel bar corrosion of reinforced concrete beam, analyzes the force-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam after steel bar corrosion and the capacity after strengthened with CFRP separately, using the analysis software ANSYS.For the analysis of the force-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam after steel bar corrosion, considering the steel bar section losing and the descending of bond strength, this paper establishes a separate type model of the reinforced concrete beam, using nonlinear finite element analysis, discusses the variety of force-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam, analyzes the bond slip problem of steel bar before and after corrosion, and studies the effects of various parameters on the force-bearing capacity of the beam after corrosion, such as steel bar diameter, the thickness of the concrete cover and the concrete strength grade, analysis results were well fit for the real structure. For the analysis of the force-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam after strengthened with CFRP, based on the analysis with bond element model, this paper discusses the effect of the contact element model at simulating the bond behavior between CFRP and the reinforced concrete beam, and then sufficiently considering the nonlinear behavior of various material, discusses the force-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete beam before and after strengthened with CFRP. the result shows that the effect of strengthen the beam with CFRP was very well, the force-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam was enhanced, the opposite slip of the steel bar was obviously minished. From the analysis results of the stress and strain distribution of CFRP, the position where CFRP and the reinforced concrete beam peel off easily was investigated, the conclusion drawn from this paper provides some references for the further trial study and theories analysis.
