As a kind of natural disaster, the earthquake has made a widespread and the profound influence to the social life and the local economy development. So, it is extremely important to get to know the characteristics to take measures against this disaster in the disaster reduction work. Earthquake function existence massive indefinite factors, thus, it is quite appropriate to carry on the reliability theory in the studies. This article bases on the reliability theory, and as a foundation of widely profits from the domestic and foreign colleagues research results, has done the further research on the analysis of the concrete frame construction's earthquake resistance. The research content mainly includes following several aspects:1,Simply states the present situation of construction structure's reliability design methods in our country, and reading massive correlative literatures, I summarize the questions exist in the construction reliability design and its development tendency .Then, I summarize the harm of the earthquake disaster and the research progress of the structure earthquake resistance reliable, and introduce the way of Monte Carlo in structure reliability computation.2,In accordance to foundation of the analysis to the earthquake intensity probability distribution and its the statistical parameter, I has obtained the probability distribution and the statistical parameter expression method of the earthquake function , And has made a confirmation through the ANSYS probabilistic analysis procedure. So that it proposes the appropriate analysis method for the structure probability analysis.3,According to the stress distortion characteristic of the reinforced concrete frame construction under the earthquake function, applies the probability limit condition design method, which bases on the structural design standard stipulation expiration criterion, has studied the probabilistic analysis computational method of reinforced concrete frame construction under the earthquake.4,Uses the parameter language (APDL)which in ANSYS software separately applies the direct sampling method and the Latin ultra cubic sampling method, has compiled the procedure of Monte Carlo stochastic finite method for earthquake resistance of reinforce concrete frame construction ,and actually calculates in two methods on the comparison, then draws some beneficial conclusions.5,It uses stochastic Monte Carlo finite method which bases on Latin ultra cubic sampling to analyze some reinforced concrete frame construction's stochastic response under the earthquake function, and has discussed the method of earthquake function computation, finally has carried on reliability computation which under the bearing capacity limiting condition and the normal use limiting condition earthquake resistance.
