In order to meet the requirement of rescue for modern nuclear accident, it is significant for military affairs and application value to improve quick-cleaning-technology for radiation pollution and equipment level, research on decontamination reclaiming equipment with higher automation and better cleaning effect. This thesis is on the basis of researchment on quick-cleaning-technology and requirement for development of the reclaiming membrane vehicle, and the key point is to research the control and operation in HQW-01 reclaiming membrane vehicle. The main work is following:(1) According to the work theory and system requirement for the reclaiming membrane vehicle, put forward the design seed of control system, aim and principle, determine the holistic design project of the control system.All the works of the control system help the communication between the up equipments and the down equipments.the operater can comprehend states and images of the equipments ,and can control the system by installing the parameters.(2) On the base of analysis and comparison beteween PLC and the major parts such as CPU,I/O unit and storage equipment, characters and function, center on the OMRON CPM2A series,and desigen others, complete the control system's hardware design, determine the hardware's choice among PLC, transducer, computer and so on..(3) In allusion to the holistic requirement of control system, and with the hardware design basis, develop program design and function emphatically. For PLC, design program in terms of contrl requirement and technics process with CX-Programmer software. In order to control holistic system, and exchange the datas with the collect equipment and control equipment .so as to connect the elements from the computer interface with the datas from equipments.introduce the configuration programmer Intouch 9.0 to design Human Maching Interface, then realize the feedback control of the vehicle through spot data from Human Maching Interface and the video frequency.(4) On the base of sum-up for existing work, bring forward the key point and direction of the subsequent researchment, especially forward deeper development of the network tele-control system on the base of PSTN, consequently finish network control system with better design and stronger function.
