The electronic jamming measures are used to decrease the detectability of radar in air-raid attack combat. Optimization of allocated barrage jamming resource in the fixed attack line is researched in this paper. A reasonable assignment can optimize the jamming effectiveness of the limited jamming resource.According to traditional one-jammer to one-radar and multi-jammer to one-radar principle, a math model is established for single-radar-task jamming resource apportioning, which is to optimize the jamming benefit. Correspondingly a heuristic iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the problem efficiently and reasonably.The developing current of radar counterwork requires a new development for radar jamming resource allocation technique. After analyzing the shortage of single-radar-task jamming resource algorithm, in order to meet the requirement of current radar counterwork and use the jammers with more efficiency, a new radar jamming resource apportioning model frame together with an idea of target radar grouping is constructed based on one-jammer to multi-radar as the improvement of the old one. The key problems, such as task combination, choosing parameters of new tasks, arranging the task priority, jammers locating, and the jamming benefit evaluation of single-target-radar-group, are all discussed in detail.
