Design Of Software Of Automatic Measurement System Of Transmissivity And Reflectivity

Based on the hardware design of automatic measurement system of transmissivity and reflectivity, software controlling, data acquisition and data fitting are realized in this paper.According to the demarcating value of rotating error of the stepping motor, data fitting is carryed out to correct the error, which improved the angle accuracy of the stepping motor. According to the requirement of automatic measurement, the process of measurement is analyzed in detail, and then the program of automatic control is accomplished. The scheme of data acquisition and the optimization of program are also introduced.Based on the theoretical caculating of the coating, the reflectivity, the reflectivity of different angle and the reflectivity of different coating parameters such as thickness and wavelength can be calculated with this software.With the measured data, the coating thickness and refractive index can be obtained by data fitting. Contraposing that the merit function of coating of two layers have many peak values, the method of searching the whole extremum is improved to increase the accuracy and repeatability of data fitting. By comparing the parameter which is obtained by data fitting with actual theoretical value, the error of parameters could be determined which will be used in the next process of coating.With the software, the measurement of transmissivity and reflectivity can be done automatically , which meets the requirements of applications.
