| In the paper, a high performance elevator door motor control system is designed, the DSP is selected as the control center, the IPM is selected as the driver and the BLDCM is selected as the SM.The purpose of the design is expounded, and how to choice the motor is introduced, and the excellence of the BLDCM is shown, and the elevator door motor running S-curve when motor is accelerating and decelerating is explained, a way to form S-curve is shown. A method of elevator door motor control system is lucubrated. In order to improve the performance of the system, the adaptive control theory is introduced, and the model reference adaptive control is investigated.The TMS320LF2407 is selected as the center controller. The system is used to digitalize the control system. The hardware circuit is completed, and it includes compute circuits and control circuits, sign collection circuits, keyboard input circuits, display circuits, drive and protect circuits, and so on. Every circuit is designed and the IPM is introduced.In the software of the system, the discrete way of S-curve is used, and the reference model is given. The collection signs are analyzed, the arithmetic of the S-curve when motor is accelerating and decelerating is given . The adaptive control of the elevator door motor is achieved. The software of the system is finished.The design of hardware and software is finished, the purpose of safety, credibility and stabilization is realized. |
