In recent years, following the development of computer technology, the data acquisition and control system has been widespread used in many fied. Many domestic and foreign companies invest the large amount of money to carry on the development of the data acquisition and the control system, the considerable progress of the products was obtained in sampling frequency,storage capability and the versatility.Now, functions of special-purpose acquisition and control system are limitated in special field; functions of general acquisition and control system are fowerful, but the price is also stay at a high level. Recently, the researchings of the control of chaotic synchronization based on nonlinear circuit and systems become more and more popular. The data acquisition and control system be suitable for the nonlinear circuit study must have enriched data processing function and adoption sampling frequency, in the same time, the system's price must be reasonableBased on the actual environment and demand of the circuit and system, the article put forward the performance index and scheme of the data acquisition and control system, which take general MCU as data acquisition and control system's core, take the general USB interface chip as the data channel, and make the algorithm and data-processing be more flexible by PC.The MCU hardware of the system takes C8051F020 as the core, and expands the external memory and interface. The forward channel circuit includes six step Butterworth anti-aliasing low pass filter and the level switching circuit. The A/D and D/A device select the internal components to complete the data acquisition and output, and the backward channel completes the transformation of the level to controlling objects. Also, the article uses PDIUSBD12 as the interface chip to develop the USB1.1 bus.Taken VC++ and MATLAB as the platform, this article make the best use of the respective superiority: developing the application software in VC++; realizing the algorithm through the storehouse function of MATLAB, sufficientlly use the richfull algorithm and powerful data-processing of MATLAB.The system test profied that the system satisfies completely each demand of the common nonlinear circuit study in the hardware performance, and the price is inexpensive and the performance-to-price ratio is good. The application software is friendly and simple.At the same time, the interface with VC++ and MATLAB sufficientlly use the richfull algorithm and powerful data-processing of MATLAB.
