A Method Study Based On Submarine's Lean Experimentation

The stability of submarine changes greatly when it is beneath, half beneath or on the surface of the water. For example, the initial stability curve seems to be the bottleneck or even minus value suddenly when it is half beneath the surface of the water. When the submarine has to be float at an emergency, we have to compute the stability of the dynamic process to build up a blueprint how to operate it, because the control of the submarine depends on the actual metacentric height of initial stability. So the key is the under-water list experiments.The paper studied the degree of the precision of the measurement which defined by symbolic statistics method, then get the metacentric height following the static check and search the best way. It has demonstrated the base scientific and established the according configuration of the project, the slope numerical method that could counteract the vibration and the formula. We also could finish the application soft and the report.The paper contains following contexts:1) It studied the under-water list experiments method. Measuring the initial stabtility of the submarine from the corresponding relationship of the metacentric height, capsizing moment and the displacement of cycloid which build up by measuring the displacement of the fixed cycloid inside the submarine.2) It produced the measurement of the capsizing moment, analysed the influence of the vibration of the submarine on the fixed cycloid, studied the slope numerical method and the distributing characteristic of the results, showed the difference of several different measure method.3)It established the new numerical method of the metacentric height, explained exactly the process how the data be dealed when it's time to get the value of the metacentric height.4) It produced the application of the submarine and the analyse of the experiment.
