The Internet-based remote control system of the limbs rehabilitative training robot is a hardware and software system. This control system is developed from modern network technology and rehabilitative robotic technology. The current Internet network is used for remote control to the limbs rehabilitative training robot. The physicians can make the best treatment and rehabilitation to the patients with remote situation. The control system enables the full use of limited resources and makes the work more efficiency. The main research of this paper is the hardware and software design for the limbs rehabilitative training robot and its experimental research.This paper introduces the research background and significance of rehabilitative robot. The main task of the research is the design of Internet-based remote control system for limbs rehabilitative training robot. Through analysis of the functional requirements of the remote control system, the general designing scheme of the control system has been proposed. Servo control system and local server are the two main components of the control system. Local server is mainly responsible for remote communication, data processing, human-computer interaction, video collection and other tasks. Servo control system is mainly responsible for servo control, coordinated control of gesture and gait and other tasks.In this paper, the design method and process of the hardware and software system is explained. And the control system is tested in the system experiment. The results of experiment show that the performance of the remote control system meets the design requirements and the control system is reliable. This control system realizes the rehabilitative training and remote control.
