Research Of Urban Underground Space Development And Plan In Chengdu

Along with the rapid economic growth, China's urbanization process is growing rapidly. In promoting urban development also resulted in a number of "City Problem" emerged. Among them, the contradiction between city expansion and the land resource supply is very acute. Therefore, the development of the urban depends on new urban space: the growth of urban space based on the original capacity of the land. Underground space of urban which is similar of the ground, is the resources and carrier for development and construction of the urban, and is the basic condition for three-dimensional development, improving the city gradually, and the realization sustainable development of the urban.Ecological City as the ideal model for future urban development, it is the Human Settlements that has a nice cycle of ecology, and it is social harmony and economic efficiency. Ecological City can guarantee sustained growth and better ensure the quality of urban development; not only meet the needs of urban development on the environment, but also meet the basic needs of residents. To achieve the ultimate goal of establishing eco-city, scientific and rational development and use of urban underground space will be the only and most effective way.This article take Chengdu for example, unifies the request of urbanization of Chengdu development analyzed the motivation of the city underground space development of Chengdu. Investigate the problems of development of underground space in Chengdu. As the prerequisite, reasonable and rational use of land resources, improvement of the urban environment and to optimize its function is very important.This paper emphatically elaborated the conformation of programming of Chengdu underground space, proposed reasonable pattern of the underground space development and plan of Chengdu, and assume the overall layout of Chengdu underground space.This paper further contact the eco-city and urban underground space development, baced on establishing eco-city, a evaluation index system of urban underground space is offered ,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is also put forward.This thesis take Chengdu to demonstrate applicalion of the evaluation model ,and analysis the resurt.The results of this study hope to has a practical sense to promote the healthy development of Chengdu, and enhancing the competitiveness of the city,lastly establish the eco-city.
