In recent years, continuous prestressed concrete curved box-girder structure is widely used in the domestic and international large interchange project. But in the operation of the curved box-girder, bending and torsion deformation has also been quite pronounced. To study the issue systematically, this paper summarizes the theory of continuous curved box-girder structure. Combining with the reality, it finds out the influencing factors which make the curved box-girder occur bending and torsion deformation. On the other hand, relying on the Shiqiao Interchange Project in Hangzhou, and according to the actual construction drawings, the ANSYS FEM model of the continuous prestressed concrete curved box-girder of this project is made.In this paper, every main influencing factor which makes curved box-girder occur bending and torsion deformation is forced on the curved box-girder finite element model. According to the bridge design standard or actual situation, the values of these factors are changed to get the deflection, displacement (mainly embodied in bending deformation) and torsion angle (mainly embodied in torsion deformation) values on the center line of the deck, the outside or inside flange girth of the bridge, bridge bearings and other important parts of the curved box-girder finite element model. Basing on these results, this paper makes mapping and numerical analysis to find out the law or quantify relationships between the various influencing factors and the continuous prestressed concrete curved box-girder's bending and torsion deformation. The study of this paper makes the relationships which between the various influencing factors and the continuous prestressed concrete curved box-girder's bending and torsion deformation clear. The conclusions from this paper will be the reference for the engineering design and construction.
