Urban Transit System Automation Train Protection as an important factor to protect train safety. The reliability of Automation Train Protection is asked very high, which to be pay much attention.This theism start at the structure, type and work principle of Urban Transit Automation Train Protection, and give emphasize to study the reliability of on-board ATP. Introduce structure and work principle of the LCF model ATP, which are acting in the number one line of Shenzhen underground.For studying the reliability of on-board LCF model ATP farther, make Markov state transfer modeling, Calculate the value of Instantaneous Availability and Steady Availability of ATP' unit which act the end with two same equipment. And calculate the Steady Availability of the whole LCF modeling ATP. After the example calculation, prove that the reliability of the LCF modeling ATP is very high, which can satisfy require of train safety.The theism put forward and analyze some factors which influence train safety, to make sure that these factors' influence ability for train safety, the thesis use two-two compare way to get it. Then put forward corresponding settle way.Finally, in order to arrange rational time for examine and repair, according as Calamities Grey Prediction, prediction the period of time of Failure Rate abnormity.
