With the increase in running metro lines, effects on surrounding environments and safety of subway station deep excavation are paid more attention. The article takes extended modified cam-clay model as soil constitutive relationship, considering as interaction between soil and retaining structure to analyse deeply factors influencing deflection in the process of the deep foundation ditch excavation for hua-yuan station of Tianjin subway with finite element method,obtaining the general rules of the interal force and deformation of retaining structure of subway station excavation in soft clay.And researches time-space effect for measurement in-situ soil pressure,the characteristics of soil pressure in the active zone with respect to time are obtained; by comparison and analysis of the measurement in-situ and theoretical calculation soil pressure in orde to know which way is suitable to calculation for soil pressur in soft clay area,which will provide the references for similar engineering.Finally studying Three-dimensional visual simulation of the subway station excavation by soft,and ensures the safty of foundation engineering and the around circumstances.
