Brake is an important installment in vehicles, crawling machine and fixed-equipment, using to decrease the running rate or cause its stop. The brake test-bed is an equipment to determinate and analysis of the quality and performance about brake. The main axle rotational speed is an extremely important parameter. Based on analyzing lots of specialized books and literature data, this paper has conducted the research to the main axle rotational speed control.In order to achieve better performance, this test-bed use the direct current. The third chapter mainly introduced the test platform, constant moment of force type brake test project is an example, has conducted the research to the direct-current velocity modulation control, discussed the separate excitation direct current machine dynamic equation, the physical characteristics, the velocity modulation characteristic and the dynamic model, introduced the silicon-controlled rectifier -electrical machinery system as well as the silicon-controlled rectifier triggering rectifier unit, analyzed the double closed loop current velocity modulation system each composition link simultaneously to obtain its dynamic model, carried on the system the steady-state characteristic and the dynamic analysis, has introduced with the engineering design methods design double closed loop in rotational speed link and the electric current link, and had pointed out the traditional PID regulator some shortcomings and the solution...
