Along with our country modern science and high-tech industry's starting,the electric power user have set a higher request to power quality.But because of the power qualities' complexity, as well as the massive rectify power source and the electric power device use, which have caused the city electricity alternating current supply quality unceasingly to worsen.A series of power quality problems emergence,such as: power swells, high voltage spikes,switching transients, power sags and so on. At present, converter as the core power qualitycontrol technology, has provided a brand-new path for the solution of power quality question.The dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) is the one kind of the custom power technologyinstallments, it is the most effective installment to solve the voltage quality question. DVRpours the standard and the system voltage's difference value into the system to compensate the distortion, it can balance swells or sags which cause dynamic voltage quality question, also can balance harmonics or non-balance of three-phase which cause quiescent voltage quality question, is one of the present research hot spots in power quality installment.This dissertation introduced the DVR system's basic structure and principle, and also produced the DVR's topology which is used in the three-phase four-line system, and conducted the analysis research to several different detect methods, in view of the three-phasefour-line system characteristics, finally used dq0 detect measurement. Simultaneously in order to reduce the DVR's energy output, enhance DVR's efficiency,so compensate way and control strategy has carried on the thorough analysis. In view of the different load nature and the voltage peak value request scope, used the minimal voltage compensate method, to expand DVR's compensate scope and to reduce DVR's active power output.we Choosed the use feed-forward control and add the reaction control to the mixture control in the control strategy, to sovle the damp weak and stable value could not achieve the request and cannot adapt the variation of load transformation in feed-forward control.This dissertation introduced DVR's compositions of each part and has consummated each part of designs in this foundation. Used American TI Corporation DSP TMS320LF2406 as main-control chip, developed the platform using CCS to carry on the software compilation of the each part. Used MATLAB's SIMULINK tool box built the simulation model for each examination algorithm and the control strategy. Finally, has carried on the confirmation experiment through the prototype to the DVR installment principle.
