Nowadays with the rapid development of science and technology and the universal application of dynamic measurement, accuracy is more and more important to measure system and equipment. But many high accuracy equipments can not achieve their functions some times later, the reason is accuracy loss. Accuracy loss has been a project need to be disposed imminently and aroses more recognition for people.Based on angle displacement transfer, this paper introduces a system which can be used to acquire date synchronously (DAQ).The system uses servo motor as driver equipment, and uses 17 bit high accuracy coder in the motor as metrical benchmark, then measures the output signal of coder while the motor is working in diverse speed and contrasts with the output signal of the round raster Synchronously, the change of difference of the two kinds of signal expresses the change of system accuracy. We can find the rule of accuracy change through analyzing and disposing lots of date, then provide basis for accuracy compensation. This system can also be used to dynamic measurement of angle displacement transmission, and provide reliable approach for analyzing error structure and error correction in angle displacement transmission.This paper introduces the debugging process while servo motor is working in interferential environment, analyses various disturbance, regulates system plus including manual regulation and automatic regulation after setting the inertia ratio and mechanical rigidity in order to achieve the best setting. Besides, as the important part of system, the quality of signal disposal module and count module will affect the correctness of date acquisition,so,the paper introduces this detailedly: takes difference circuitry to dispose difference signal generated from coder in motor, it restrains disturbance availably; depicts the principium and process of round raster signal disposal circuitry, it includes constructing modules and counting parameters of differential amplifier,lowpass,voltage comparator; according to the frequency of pulse and arithmometer capability, the count module based on the HCTL-2020 achieves date acquisition synchronously; designs circuit diagram in term of PCB principium, considers the factors affect circuitry adequately in order to optimize the PCB; finally, designs software on the basis of Virtual Instrument, compiles programme for synchronous date acquisition, reappears the process of date acquisition in graphics.The whole system designed logically . It can be used to acquire date in-phase and provide conditions for research of accuracy loss theory.
